Due to its high content of elderflower, this tea is used for colds. Because it also contains kidneyvetch, it is especially good for cleansing the blood. Long-term use helps to remove kidney stones. Added mint helps calm the stomach and brings a sweet aftertaste.

Kvasir was a wise god-like being, born from the saliva of the Asar and the Vanir, two groups of Gods. He was traveling the world spreading knowledge, until two dwarves, Fjalar and Galar killed him. They drained his blood and mixed it with honey, resulting in the Mead of Poetry, which gave inspiration to everyone that drank it.
